Shipping Terms

Continental Portugal

Shipping costs in Mainland Portugal will be borne by the customer (except for purchases over €40 + VAT which are FREE) and their value may vary depending on weight, volume and destination. Orders will be delivered via carrier to the address indicated by the customer. If there is no one at home, a notice is left for subsequent pick up of the order within 3 working days or a new delivery is scheduled.

Loja dos Descartáveis guarantees free deliveries throughout the Greater Lisbon area.

Islands - Madeira and Azores

they can be delivered free of charge at a freight forwarder (Lisbon area) indicated by the customer. If If the customer wants the transport to be included in the order, it is subject to a budget, which may vary depending on weight, volume and destination.

Delivery times

Continental Portugal:
Within 24h/36h following shipment.

Islands:
Azores: Between 7 and 15 working days following shipment.
Wood: Within 5 working days of shipment.

Outside Portugal:

Varies by destination

The following exception is safeguarded:

Out of stock situations (The customer will be notified after his first contact).

Disposable Store Return Policy

CONTRACTS ENTERED INTO AT A DISTANCE AND OUTSIDE THE COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT

Within 14 days of receiving the product(s) purchased at storedosdescartaveis.pt, the customer may return the items, without any penalty or need for justification, exercise his right to terminate the contract, under the legally established terms . For this purpose, the customer must return the product(s), accompanied by the original invoice and in the same state in which they were delivered, including the original packaging.

The credit note on account or the refund of the value of the products will only be made after checking the status of the product.
